Cookie Policy
1. Controller
DENDRON SOLUCIONES S.L., Tax ID B09792227, C/ Pública, 20, 16196 Villar de Olalla, Cuenca, Spain; hola@dendron.es. Website: https://dendron.es.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that websites can store or access on a device. Local storage, pixels and other identifiers may serve similar purposes and be subject to comparable legal rules depending on their use.
3. Website configuration
The website is hosted on Framer and uses Framer Analytics, which the provider states does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. That analytics service alone does not require cookie consent. Whether a banner is needed depends on the actual technologies installed, including embedded content, third-party tools and preference cookies. Do not claim that marketing cookies, Google Analytics or e-commerce features exist unless implemented.
4. Categories and consent
Strictly necessary technologies supporting requested functions or security may be exempt from consent where statutory conditions are met. Non-exempt analytics, advertising, media or third-party technologies will only run after valid consent where required. Refusing optional technologies must not block essential website functions.
5. Cookie and technology inventory
The specific inventory of cookies and similar technologies reflects the services actually active on the website. Essential technical cookies may operate without consent; non-exempt technologies are activated only with the required consent. Their provider, purpose and duration must be shown in the consent preferences panel. The final inventory must be based on an actual scan, including tests before consent and after acceptance/refusal. The previous WordPress cookie list must not be copied automatically.
6. Managing or withdrawing consent
If non-exempt technologies are used, Dendron will provide Accept, Reject and Settings controls with comparable visibility and ease of use, and block relevant technologies beforehand. Visitors will be able to change or withdraw their choice through a permanent “Cookie settings” link. A “Cookie settings” option must be accessible on the website whenever consent-based technologies are used. Browser settings can also manage cookies but do not replace the website consent mechanism.
7. Embedded content
Third-party content, including maps, may connect to external providers and use their technologies. Dendron must test their behaviour and, where required, use a preview placeholder and request permission before loading them.
8. Changes and further information
This policy will be updated if the site’s technologies change. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing. Last updated: 20 October 2026.adas. Para más información sobre el tratamiento de datos personales, consulta la Política de Privacidad. Última actualización: 20 de octubre de 2026..
